Please choose carefully. As all items are made to order, we do not provide returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If you believe there to be a genuine fault with your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photographs and descriptions of the alleged damage for us to assess. We will always provide a replacement or refund in cases of a genuine fault.
Where we agree to replace or refund an item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any replacement items that are returned to us more than 30 days after delivery can not be replaced. We are unable to cover any return shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for items that have been incorrectly installed. Please refer to our product and installation guide for more details.
